Peanut, a notorious "Jack boy," and his ride-or-die girlfriend, Cookie, were a dangerous duo coming straight out of Atlanta. Together, they pulled off a string of big-time licks, raking in a hefty amount of cash while leaving a trail of chaos and bloodshed behind them. But when things took a turn for the worse in Georgia, they fled the city, determined to leave the criminal life behind and start fresh somewhere peaceful, where they wouldn't have to constantly look over their shoulders.

Their plan to quit while they were ahead unraveled when they arrived in Memphis, Tennessee. Stopped at a railroad crossing, their world turned upside down when three masked men ambushed them at gunpoint, leaving them stranded and penniless.

Forced back into survival mode, Peanut and Cookie hit the rough streets of Memphis with a vengeance. Fueled by desperation and a taste for retribution, the pair launched into a relentless spree of crime, reclaiming what was taken from them—and then some. With nothing to lose and everything to gain, they became a modern-day Bonnie and Clyde, terrorizing the city in a storm of violence and doing whatever it took to come out on top.

They came to Memphis looking for a fresh start.
